How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Customers With Paid or Trial IceTV Subscriptions

To unsubscribe from our twice weekly newsletter and promotional offers, just uncheck the checkbox "I want to receive emails:" checkbox on the Account Details page. Please remember to click on “Save Changes” for the changes to take effect.

Each time we send out a newsletter, there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Simply click on that link and you will be taken to the webpage where you can change your email subscription settings. 

Note: Unsubscribing from the twice weekly newsletters does not prevent you receiving the occasional IceTV Service Announcement. Contact IceTV Support if you don't want to receive the IceTV Service Announcement emails. 

Customers With Free IceTV Phone App Subscriptions

Customers using the free IceTV TV Guide phone app (or the discontinued IceTV desktop widgets) with a free account cannot unsubscribe because the newsletters are part of the terms and conditions of the free account that you agreed to when you installed the app. If you have a free account and you really do want to unsubscribe from the newsletters you need to Close your account and stop using the IceTV TV guide.
