This generally means that your MCE ID is not registered in our database. This typically happens because a Windows Update has caused your MCE to change its ID.
To re-register your current MCE ID run the "IceGuide4MCE Setup Program" again (if this is not on your desktop then it can be downloaded from here) and choose "Existing customer". Once the wizard is complete you will need to re-download the guide data in MCE by going into the "Settings" menu then choosing "TV", then "Guide", then "Get Latest Guide Listings". A confirmation will be received when the download is complete, you can then redo the "Add Listings to Channel" step of the HowTo guide.
