How do I uninstall IceTV Interactive from Windows XP Media Center Edition?

The IceTV Interactive application can be uninstalled using the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel. 

You can then reset Media Center to point back to the Microsoft Guide servers, for Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 thus can be found at:

IceGuide4MCE Uninstaller.
