When I go into the guide all that is showing is 'No Data Available' for all channels, or there are only some shows showing on some channels, how can this be resolved?

The most common problem is that the scanned channels in MCE are no longer 'mapped' to the correct TV Guide channels.

  1. To fix this go into the "Settings" in MCE and then choose "TV" and then "Guide".
  2. Then select "Add Listings to Channel".
  3. Select the first TV channel in the list and the list of IceTV Guide channels will appear.
  4. Select the correct IceTV Guide channel for the TV channel that you clicked on.
  5. Select the next TV channel in the channel list. 
  6. Select the correct IceTV Guide channel for the TV channel that you clicked on.
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for each TV channel in Media Center, until all of the IceTV Guide channels have been assigned to their correct MCE TV channel.
  8. Save the changes.
  9. Now when you go back into the guide the correct guide data for each channel will be shown.
