I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your IceTV password, you can get your password sent to the email address that is currently in our system for your account. You will need to enter that email address in the following steps.

1. Go to https://tv-guide.icetv.com.au/my-account/login/
2. Click on the 'Forgotten my password' button on the left side of that page.
3. Enter the email address that is stored in your IceTV account.
4. Click on the 'Send my password' button.

We will immediately send you an email with the subject "IceTV Password" that will include your both your IceTV Member ID and your IceTV Password.
