Why is the Guide on my new SKIPPA Blank?

If you have just setup your new SKIPPA and the TV Guide is completely blank you might have the wrong region set in your IceTV account. 

A. First you need to log in to the IceTV website and go to My Account then Guide Settings and change the Region to the correct region for your location then click on Save Settings.

B. Next you need to force the SKIPPA to download your updated account details and the correct TV guide data.

  1. Press Menu on the SKIPPA remote control.
  2. Scroll down to Settings and press OK.
  3. Scroll down to General and press OK.
  4. Scroll down to Restart and press OK.
  5. Press OK to answer yes.

After the SKIPPA has fully finished booting up you can open the TV Guide and you will see guide data for all of the proper TV channels.

Note: IceTV does not provide a guide for the shopping or data casting channels or the radio channels. Any channels you have disabled in your account will also have no guide data.

You can prevent  channels with no guide data from appearing in the TV Guide by disabling them on the SKIPPA in 'Menu > Settings > Channels'.
