How to setup IceTV from your Beyonwiz V, U & T series Plugin Menu

The following steps are for setting up IceTV on a Beyonwiz V, U or T series that you already have setup and operating.

For Beyonwiz V2, U4, T4, T2 and T3 owners who do not have an IceTV account
For *existing IceTV members or those who have had an account before

*Note: If you ordered the Beyonwiz from IceTV we would have created an account for you using your email address and the password you entered.

For Beyonwiz V2, U4, T4, T3 and T2 owners who do not have an IceTV account

Please ensure that your Beyonwiz V2, U4, T4, T2 or T3 is connected to the Internet as an Internet connection is required to complete the IceTV setup.

Also check that your Beyonwiz V2, U4, T4, T2 or T3 has the latest firmware installed: See How do I update the firmware on my Beyonwiz U or T series.

Note: If you have had an IceTV account before and you want to use the same email address you need to follow the steps in the "For IceTV members with an existing account" section below.

Press the Plugins button on the Beyonwiz remote control.
Scroll down to IceTV and press OK then go to step 3. If there is no IceTV plugin follow these steps to install it:

To install the IceTV plugin if it is missing:
Press the Green button and wait for the plugin list to download.
Scroll down to systemplugins and press OK to expand the list.
Scroll down to IceTV and press OK.
Answer yes.
When the screen returns to the Install plugins window press Exit.
You can now select the IceTV plugin and configure IceTV as follows.

Select "IceTV setup wizard" and press OK.
On the "Welcome to IceTV" screen, select "New user" and press OK on the remote control
Select Email and press OK then use the on-screen keyboard to enter a valid email address to use in your IceTV account.
Press the green button on the remote control to save your Email address.
Select Password then use the on-screen keyboard to enter a password for your IceTV Account that is 5 or more characters long. If you want your password to contain any capital letters use the blue button to switch between capitols and lower case letters as needed.
Press the green button on your remote control to save your Password.
The setup wizard will automatically assign the device Label of Beyonwiz V2, U4, T4, Beyonwiz T2 or Beyonwiz T3 etc. Changing the device label is optional and can be changed later. To change the label now, press OK on Label then use the on-screen keyboard to delete the Beyonwiz V2 U4, T4, Beyonwiz T2 or Beyonwiz T3 text and enter your desired device label, then use the green button to save the change.
Press the green button on your remote control to save the device Label.
Scroll down to your Region then press the green button to select it.
Congratulations! Press the green button to finish the IceTV setup.

The IceTV TV Guide data and your Remote Scheduling information will now automatically download to your Beyonwiz recorder. The first download can take a few minutes to complete. If you have any problems, please contact the IceTV Support Team.
