Is there a limit to the length of a password

Due to a limitation in the Humax passwords are limited to only being 21 characters long, it will not let you type in a password that is longer.

If you do have a password that is longer than 21 characters then you can change this from My Account then Account Details on the menu of the IceTV website.

Note: Older Humax software (firmware) versions would only allow passwords up to 8 characters long. If your Humax won't allow you to enter a password that is longer than 8 characters then please update the software.
