Why isn't my account being verified under preferences?

This can happen if you username is a full email address.

If this is the case you should login to the Account Details page under My Account and change your username to only use the letters a-z, A-Z or the numbers 0-9.

Once complete go into the preferences window in EyeTV and on the "Guide" screen ensure that "IceTV - Australia" is selected as the "Service". Select "Change" and type in your new username.
