How do I setup timer padding within EyeTV? Or Why do I miss the end of my shows?

EyeTV has options for 'padding' recordings to allow it to record additional time automatically. This can stop the end being missed on shows that run over time.

1. Open the EyeTV Preferences window.
2. Click on Recording.
3. Set Pre-Padding to how much earlier you want all shows to start recording. We suggest 5 minutes.
4. Set Post-Padding to how much longer you want all shows to record for. We suggest 30 minutes.

Setting these options will apply automatically to all recordings in EyeTV (either via the IceTV website or from the built-in guide of EyeTV).
