- Press "Menu" on the Topfield remote control.
- Select "Settings" then "Time".
- Change the "Daylight Saving Time" option (Set to ON in Oct and OFF in Apr).
- Press "Menu" to go back to the main menu.
- Select "Installation" then "System Recovery" then "Reset Service List".
- Select "Yes" to confirm you wish to remove all channels.
- Press "Menu" to go back to the main menu.
- Select "Installation" then "Searching" or "Service Search".
- If you need to do manual searches to avoid auto search finding two of every channels do so now, or contact support for help.
- Scroll down to "Start Search" and press "OK", then wait until the channel search completes.
- Press "Menu" to go back to the main menu.
- Select "Settings" then "IceTV".
- Make sure that IceTV is still set to "Enable". If not, set it to "Enable".
- Select "User Info" and press OK then enter your Topfield's PIN (usually 0000 or 2606).
- Check that "User ID" has your IceTV username (member ID) entered (and not guest). Click here if you need help changing it.
- Check that "Password" has your IceTV password entered (and not 0000). Click here if you need help changing it.
- Select "OK" at the bottom and press OK, then check that the correct "Device Label" is selected. Use the left or right arrow to change it if needed.
- Exit the menu and turn the Topfield unit off.
- Go to My Account then My Recorders on the IceTV website.
- On the same row where your Topfield device is listed click on the Settings button.
- Click on the button that says "Resend all recordings for this device" and answer yes.
- Turn the Topfield unit on, and leave it on for 60 minutes or more.
- You are now finished. IceTV will send up to 12 of your reservations on the first fetch, and the remainder in the next few fetches.
