Cannot Sign in to IceTV - Sign In Button Greyed Out

Sign-in button in app remains greyed out

The Sign-In button only becomes available after you have entered a valid email address and a password. 

• Enter your email address in all lower case letters (no capitols)
• Do not use your IceTV member ID (aka user ID or username)
• You must enter the email address that is associated with your IceTV account
• Enter your IceTV password (not your email account's password)
