I can't hear any sound when using the IceBox?

You should check to ensure that the sound output is set correctly, to do this:

  • Open Settings (The cog at the top of the main menu)
  • Select "System"
  • Go down to "Audio" on the left hand list.
  • Select "Audio Output Device"
  • You will need to select either the option that ends in '#0' or '#1' depending on which connection you are using on the back of the IceBox. The name of your TV should also be listed on the correct line, but if not, select one, then try the other.

When the correct output is selected you should hear clicks as you move around the screen, if you are not hearing this try the other option.
