Internet Explorer 7, 8, 9 and 10 no longer supported

If you experience any issues accessing the IceTV Help Centre using Internet Explorer make sure you are using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11). Or switch to a better web browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

The reason why older versions of Internet Explorer are no longer supported is because Microsoft ceased all support and updates for Internet Explorer 8, 9 and 10 on 11 April 2016 prompting Zendesk to also cease support and updates for their help centre products, which IceTV uses.
